Walking for a Cause…

Diana Nguyen’s 25km Journey for Sick Kids
At Lending Association, community support is at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to highlight one of our own, Diana Nguyen, who is stepping up in a big way to support seriously ill and injured children and their families. On Sunday, 30 March, Diana will be walking 25km to raise funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities in Randwick, an organisation dedicated to keeping families together during some of the toughest times in their lives.

Why It Matters

For families with sick children, having a place to stay close to the hospital can make all the difference. Ronald McDonald House provides a vital home-away-from-home, ensuring that parents and siblings can remain close by while their child receives the critical medical care they need. However, providing this support comes at a cost—on average, $160 is needed to accommodate a family for just one night.

Walking with Purpose

Diana’s 25km walk is more than just a physical challenge; it’s a heartfelt mission to ease the burden on these families. Every step she takes represents the strength, resilience, and courage of the children and parents facing unimaginable battles. By rallying behind this cause, Diana hopes to raise enough funds to provide families with the comfort and stability they need during their child’s hospital stay.

How You Can Help

Lending Association is proud to support Diana’s journey, and we invite you to join us in making a difference. Whether it’s a donation, sharing her story, or simply cheering her on, every little bit helps. Together, we can show these brave kids and their families that they are not alone in their fight.

To support Diana and help keep families close, consider making a donation to her 25km walk today. Let’s stand together for these children and show them that the Lending Association community is behind them every step of the way.

Thank you for your generosity and support. Together, we can make a real impact!
